With a background as a broadcaster and On-Air Radio Personality, Ine transitioned her passion for baking from her home kitchen into a thriving enterprise. Under her leadership, Rainbow Touch Cakes has garnered numerous industry awards and certifications, including the Lifetime Achievement Award and The Cake Legend Award. Ine’s dedication to excellence is further evidenced by her completion of Professional Wilton Certified Courses 1 and 2 at the New York Cake Academy, as well as training at the prestigious Carlo’s Bakery in Hoboken, New Jersey, USA. She also holds a Level 2 Certification from the London Professional Food Safety Course. Beyond her baking endeavors, Ine has ventured into acting, appearing in the 2024 film “Bake Me a Heart.”
